I decided to create this seminar after realizing that my church was very interested in finding out what the Bible says concerning praise and worship.

So, I studied different sections of the Bible, read some different books written about praise and worship, and then stuck all that information together into a cohesive unit (at least, I think it's cohesive).

The seminar is divided into four sections:

Week One is an introductory session. Definitions are given, and four basic types of praise and worship are defined. 

Week Two focuses on praise. 

Week Three focuses on the differences between praise and worship, and discusses the responsibility of the worshiper. 

Week Four focuses on music. Discussion is centered on the differences between traditional hymns and contemporary choruses, and on Christian vs. secular music.

You'll also find handouts for each of the sessions, and a bibliography of sources that I used when putting this seminar together.
